Mark Evans has been in practice as a Chartered Accountant for 16 years and has over 20 years experience of dealing with the tax affairs of property investors and developers.
As the Managing Director of Tildesley & Tonks Limited he has developed a firm which specialises in advising clients who range from small residential property investors right up to developers of multi-million pound commercial schemes.
Gregg Davies, Gregg has been advising clients of all circumstances on their mortgage needs for over 15 years. Having built a strong business with clients including a large number of investors and developers who’s businesses he has seen grow with a little expert financial guidance, Gregg insists that IMA offer quality independent advice and excellent service.
Surbjit Kumar is a Solicitor and Partner in the firm Rowland Tildesley & Harris which has been established 130 years. He specialises in property law including residential conveyancing, commercial property transactions, leases and business purchases. He also has expertise in Landlord and Tenant law and advises and undertakes court action in this field. Surbjit is also a Notary Public and in this role he attests documents for use abroad.
